Terms and Conditions for Alliance Partners
1.Your becoming our Alliance Partner solely rests on our discretion.
2. Gobookshopping.com may take off its link and discontinue with alliancing
with you (which will be again at Gobookshopping.coms sole discretion)
without giving a notice period and without assigning any reason.
3. If your application to become our Alliance Partner is rejected once,
you can re-apply and we will reevaluate your application.
4. If we accept you as our Alliance partner, we (you and Gobookshopping.com
Pvt Ltd) continue to be independent business entities. Our accepting
you as an Alliance Partner does not create any partnership, joint venture,
agency, franchise or employment relationship between us.
5. We will pay you transaction fees on every book sale to third parties.
To earn a transaction fee (referral fee) the customer must follow Gobookshopping.coms
link on your website, click on www.gobookshopping.com, select a book,
buy the book, accept delivery of the book at his shipping address and
remit full payment to us. We will then give you 5 % of the transacted
amount through the mode of payment you have chosen in your application
form once a month.
6. There will be no transaction fees on any book that are added to
a customer's Shopping Cart or are purchased after the customer has reentered
our site (other than through the link on your website).
7. We may modify any of the terms and conditions, at any time and in
our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on
our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope
of available transaction/referral fees, payment procedures, and Alliance
Partnership rules.
8. The client agrees that any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated
in New Delhi, India.
