your shipment, you may return a defective or damaged book. For returning
shipment, please e-mail us at queries@gobookshopping.com with "returns-orderID" in the subject line. Please note the email
will be attended to provided the orderID marked on it matches with our
records. Books returned after 5 hours of delivery, in
unsellable condition, or have parts missing, will not be accepted by the returns desk We will notify you through e-mail
of your refund once we have received and processed the returned
item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 7 to 14 working days of our receiving your return.
If you have lost your packing slip, please indicate the order number or
the e-mail address and name of the person who placed the order, along
with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send
